“Chique” Tip: Take Time to Spread Holiday Cheer

Last night we kicked off the holiday season at a friends house who, as usual, went over the top.  The food was beyond delicious; the company and conversation was top notch and my girlfriends house was glowing! I wish I had taken more photos but I was too busy sipping champagne.

This time of year I tend to feel overwhelmed because all three boys have birthdays and then add Thanksgiving and Christmas to the mix.  The stress starts to build so this year I made my resolutions early.  I have promised myself to maintain my yoga & Pilates practice to at least 4 days a week.  A little “me” meditation time goes a long way.  But more importantly dedicated to  spending some quality time with Matt as date night is a must.

So thankful for my fabulous friends who hosted a magical holiday fete so we could all spread some cheer!
