A “Chique” Look for Less

As NYFW was the top hash-tag on Twitter & Instagram this week, I couldn’t help but get sucked into the latest fashion trends. A little retail therapy aiding me on my road to reality.

So many gorgeous pieces, but I kept drooling over the Pamela Love arm candy I was spotting on all the stylists and bloggers. I love the rockstar, ethnic feel of her collection. You can see her love of nature, science, religion, art & architecture in each piece, as one is more unique and interesting than the next. Even if I had an unlimited shopping fund, I am not sure I could justify spending $675 on another bracelet, so I continue to dream.

Then on a whim yesterday, I came across a cuff at Forever 21 that I couldn’t pass up. It resembled the Moroccan inspired Arch Cuff, but at a fraction of the price. I brought it home, roughed it up a bit with superfine 000 steel wool so it wouldn’t be too shiny and voila, my newest accessory. A very “Chique” look for less.
