Baking can be super intimidating, at least for me. It is like one big science experiment, so if you get one element wrong it can ruin the entire outcome. That’s why I love this bread recipe. Four, count them, four ingredients and one of them is water. No brainer. Sign me up. And gimme loads of butter right out of the oven!
In an effort not to bore you with the details, I will link the recipe. The title may be “5 Minute Artisan Bread” but it does require, like with any bread, time to rise, but even still super simple and scrumptious. Does anyone use that word anymore?
