Christmas stroll on the beach

We have a tradition, no matter how cold or blustery, we take the dogs for a run on the beach at Christmas.  The dogs are unofficially “allowed” to roam the beach off leash between Labor Day and Memorial Day when the beach is technically closed.  They start whimpering in the car as soon as we hit the North Avenue exit!  This year it was a spectacular day with the blue sky and fluffy white marshmallow clouds. The light was amazing since we were there at noon! Love this family shot of our shadows. Of course the hounds were off running!
