My “Chique” Tassel Tunic

It has been way too long since I have written an outfit post. I will blame that on the terrible Chicago winter. But, yesterday the weather was finally nice enough to pull out some of my Spring favorites. Inspired by all the Coachella babes, I wore my own version of “Boho Chique”.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on this fabulous H&M tassel tunic last month as it was sold out everywhere. Feeling a little rebellious, I also broke one of my unwritten fashion rules by wearing denim on denim. Not your typical leisure suit, my friends, promise. The dark skinny jeans were a great contrast to the light chambray shirt.

And can we talk about the tassels? I am a sucker for tassels, as you may know from this post here and here. This tunic and it’s abundance of tassels was too good to walk away from. Plus it is over-sized with pockets, so I can wear it as a dress as the temperatures rise!

Paired with my all time, most beloved clutch and my new trendy Turkish coin necklace it was the perfect outfit for our “Chique” Saturday family date night. How would you style this piece? Would love to hear your thoughts. Happy weekend, friends.
