Our “Chique” Week in Pics

The end of the school year is near, which not only means summer is right around the corner, but the celebrations are plentiful.  We have had a crazy busy week, so I have not had much time to blog. Although, I have tried to capture the most memorable moments on film.  So, here is a glimpse of what we have been up to these past few days.

Parker was asked to be the MC, along with his classmate Jackson, for The Ancona School annual Fit Fest. This year’s theme was the Olympics, which is very fitting, because not only are the boys going to London, but they have met several Olympians. It was a great event as the Kindergartners did a “Parade of Nations”. As you can see above, PJ was dressed in an authentic outfit from South Korea.

PJ’s class also performed a play, “The Great Kapak Tree”, for the parents of his classroom. PJ was a very convincing Boa constrictor and we were also quite proud of our crafty ways. We made the costume out of a snakeskin pillow case and old bike helmet! My idea, Matt’s painting! Cute, right?

In between all the events, we fit in a few trips to the park, a swimming party, tons of Taekwondo and a little baking. What have you been up to lately? Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend. Until next time, stay “Chique”!
