“Chique” Fitness Tip: Never Give Up

After Parker’s first swim meet in his new 9&10 age group he was a bit disappointed.  He puts more pressure on himself than we do.  He went to his first practice after losing a few races and trained like a pro.  He just swam 4000 yards in 90 minutes.  He is not fooling around.  His goal to to never lose again.  Impressive for a 9 year old!
