Some “Chique” Spring Goodness

Easter Sunday was one of those days worth documenting. Blue skies, seventy degrees, bubbly Al fresco, decadent food, quality conversation, good friends and family all in one spot. Life doesn’t get much better than that, right?

So, in celebration, I wore some of my favorite new Spring pieces. I have never been one for frilly Easter dresses, but I think the day deserved a little more than my usual skinny jeans and such. This coral dress and these print pants were never meant to be a pair, but when my spontaneity and urge to dress up coincides things like this happen. A match made in heaven, well at least in my opinion.

There is something about a great pair of wide leg pants. I always prefer them with flats to give them a casual feel as they drag along the earth. Heels would ruin the “Boho Chique” vibe. I bought mine a while ago, but there are similar ones available here.

The minute I saw Amber Valletta in this dress on our local billboard, I knew it had to be mine. Again, another winner from H&M. Items in their Conscious Collection sold out before it even launched, so I was lucky to get my hands on this gem.

Both pieces will be perfect barefoot on the beach too. Oh, how I am counting down the days. But until Summer, cheers to lots of  “Chique” Spring goodness.

Lastly, here are a few more items I am coveting from H&M’s new collection that are not sold out. This amazing silk kimono and this fabulous ruffle dress. If interested, read more about H&M’s latest collaboration here. Love that the mission is “Looking good should do good too”.  A great reminder as every day is “Earth Day”!
